20 foot container - Rust proofing and painted in dark grey

Old beach house, small single storey, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, standard common areas. Interior of house needs patching and re painting. Currently have bright white ceiling with off white coloured walls. Wanting similar 2 tone but with a lighter wall colour throughout.

Painting three gable inserts on a single level house . This involves painting the green steel fascia one colour, then the cement fibre centres and eaves in another, and finally a third coat of acrylic to the timber triangles. They would need at least 2 maybe three coats. Two of the gables are at the front of the house. One at the rear. All are roughly the same size.The surfaces would need to be washed down. And the timber lightly sanded where it is peelingWith 2 or 3 coats of acrylic.. Not a large job.. but need to be surefooted , the roof pitch is steeper than normal and the gables would be about 1.5 metres away from the front gutters and a ladder . Needing our old laminate kitchen cupboards refreshed. There are 12 cupboard doors of various sizes and four drawer doors. They will need a prime and two coats of paint. We will clean and sand them down and supply the paint but you will need to have a quality spray gun. - Due date: Flexible
