Have a 2 x 2m board I need sanded (gap filer from joining MDF) and then painted. Approx 2-3 hrs work for someone that has done it before. Paint and rollers supplied.

Seven (7) small holes to be patched, sanded and re-painted. Six (6) of these holes have been poorly repatched so needs re-doing. Tasker will need to provide all materials and have evidence of insurances. Job is on second storey, with carpeted floors so care needs to be taken when working and Tasker must clean area as best as possible.

Will be having a brick boundary fence installed which will need rendering. Approx 50sqm of coverage. Fence is 1100mm high and 14m length, but steps down twice due to the street slope. There’s also a small amount of retaining wall (1100mm high, 5m long). Will be wanting it painted afterwards. Render and paint will be supplied, tools won’t.

Handyman / painter required to complete a bathroom renovation/ upgrade. Painting bathroom walls, ceiling and window frame. Paint the tile floors & shower using Dulux tile paint. Install a bathroom mirror and shelf unit.

One bedroom apartment requires painting in Melville. Ceiling and walls Bedroom, lounge and hallway.

We have two wooden window frames where the paint is peeling off and there appears to be some mild wood damage. We may reno in a few years and they may go, so not looking for complete redoing, just maybe sand them back a bit, resealing and paint so they look ok and get through the next few years without deteriorating too much. - Due date: Flexible
