DIY deck prep to re-coat gone wrong. Deck area approx 1.5m x 5m ? Need sanding and re-staining or replace?

We have a tile roof that is in good condition that we are wanting cleaned, sealed and 2 coats of paint applied. I must’ve attached some photos of the roof as its small and simple shape. We are on a sloped block so access at the back is easy.

Need our deck (3m x3.5m) to be sanded back & restored & recoated

We have an old timber gate we are wanting painted to freshen it up. Photos attached.

We have a couple of sections of weatherboard and door / window framing that we need painted. Easily accessible as you can see in the photos. 1 sliding door frame needs painting, as well as half of a window frame (although the first half has only had one coast). The biggest section will be the weatherboard which is currently the blue colored timber you can see. An extra section of weatherboard needs to be repainted as well. In this section, as you see in the photos, we tried a different shade of white to see what it looks like but want it painted over the be the same as the rest of the exterior. Also have a handrail that is currently blue that we want repainted to white.

I’m looking for someone that has a $500 day rate to sand the outside of a weatherboard house in preparation for painting. Starting Monday and to do any many days as possible before Xmas.

Skirting boards in bedroom. Inside wardrobe and around the rest of the room before new carpet goes down.

Our entry level floor needs a refresh. We are selling and it does not present well. Something was spilt and its left patches. And one small timber ledge needs attention too, quick sand and recoat of oil needed.

We need our driveway and double garage to be repainted. We are aware that dark colours will fade and just want it to present well cosmetically.

Paint a 3.4 x 3.1 m bedroom. Currently green and would like white. We have paint. This includes ceiling and skirting. We have all materials ie. paint brushes etc.

I have an older style apartment in Merewether with ugly popcorn ceilings. Looking for the easiest way to cover them or remove them, baring in mind the ceiling height is already pretty low so can’t really put too much over the top Would like to replace the lighting as well. See floor plan for room sizes. The popcorn ceiling is in both bedrooms and the living room. Building has been checked for asbestos and all clear Thank you! :)

Remove the mould and clean from a bathroom high raked ceiling of a 2 bedroom unit. The top of its walls 1 metre from the ceiling also needs some mould removed. The mould is not overly bad but the new tenants want it removed. The unit is an easily accessible ground floor unit but the raked ceiling and top of the walls are too high for me to do. A mould solution to kill the mould is necessary and not just a clean. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 14 February 2024
