Our entry level floor needs a refresh. We are selling and it does not present well. Something was spilt and its left patches. And one small timber ledge needs attention too, quick sand and recoat of oil needed.

Paint a 3.4 x 3.1 m bedroom. Currently green and would like white. We have paint. This includes ceiling and skirting. We have all materials ie. paint brushes etc.

I have an older style apartment in Merewether with ugly popcorn ceilings. Looking for the easiest way to cover them or remove them, baring in mind the ceiling height is already pretty low so can’t really put too much over the top Would like to replace the lighting as well. See floor plan for room sizes. The popcorn ceiling is in both bedrooms and the living room. Building has been checked for asbestos and all clear Thank you! :)

Remove the mould and clean from a bathroom high raked ceiling of a 2 bedroom unit. The top of its walls 1 metre from the ceiling also needs some mould removed. The mould is not overly bad but the new tenants want it removed. The unit is an easily accessible ground floor unit but the raked ceiling and top of the walls are too high for me to do. A mould solution to kill the mould is necessary and not just a clean. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 14 February 2024
