I need to paint a two bedroom unit. Walls, ceilings, doors, window frames. There is existing patch work that needs to be redone. DIY job on the patch work. There is a lot of preparation work on the walls from previous tenants eg adhesive fixtures need to be removed. All walls need attention including the ceilings. I have no idea how much this would cost.

Painter to paint 98 square meters home of 3 bedrooms, also remove wall paper from 1 wall, windows to be painted satin white inside and outside. ceiling matt white for ceilings, walls to be half strength surfmist. doors and door frames full strengh satin surfmist wood panelling only in hallway to be painted full strength surfmist.
