Hi, I need my back deck sanded and oiled (2 Coats) the deck is 4.2 x 5.2m (22m2) I also need the rear stair treads (15) and platform done. This is to just get the house in the market to tidy up. I have done all of the handrails so only the decking needing completed. I have about 5L of Intergrain Decking oil, I can buy some more and provide this. You will be required to bring sanding equipment. *Job must be completed on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th November. **The photos I have attached are when the deck got oiled last time, not the current condition. Dog scratched white timber door. Attempted patch repair but not seamless. Looking for someone to clean this up. Paint is supplied.

In preparation for a house sale, we are looking to restore/restain the external timber features of our house (decking, panelling, retaining walls as per photos). There is roughly around 50-60m2 of timber.

Hi, I have recently had a new fence installed at my house and I now need it painted inside & out (approx. 45m each side). I will also need my neighbouring fence painted on the one side (approx. 15m).

Want the house to be scraped back to the grey/wood and remove all white paint It is peeling off etc Time consuming etc I get that. I scraped a lot off flat out for an hour it’s manual labour fyi

Need the job that’s been started to continue. As you can see the back of the house photo I scraped did an hour non stop and got that much off, most of the paint is coming off easily as it’s flaking. Don’t have ti scrape off the areas where it is on completely (high up where the sun isn’t on the house I think the paint doesn’t require to be scraped if it is on solid. Please remove the paint (scrape) I have scrapers and gloves if needed. You will need a ladder 🪜 Thank you ☺️ .
