Office in Mt Hawthorn. Paint walls in 2 x small washrooms with toilet plus 1 x entryway (about 15-20m2) Paint 3 x doors and 4 x door frames (about 12m2) Rendered brick. Some minor patching required. Scope of work. Need to clean, patch and prepare walls (some patching already done). Apply primer to 1 x new door frame plus the patched areas and any others that need it. Then 2 x top coats to 3 x doors / 4 x door frames (enamel) and all the walls (acrylic). I will provide paint and primer. You provide fillers, cleaners and painting equipment (rollers,brushes etc). - Due date: Before Monday, 13th Dec 2021

Paint 2 kids rooms single color and one alfresco roof - Due date: Flexible

I am installing a new deck and want the ceiling of the alfresco above the new deck sealed and painted. The deck is going to be finished this Saturday and would like the ceiling of the alfresco done asap I needs to be sealed as it has had a water leak at some time then painted ceiling white. Also a few touch ups around the alfresco Paint is ceiling white and the render colour is surfmist

End of commercial lease, and we need to fix up a small amount of damage to the external wall, which is rendered, from where an external sign was. Sign has already been removed. However, there are drill holes that need filling in, and the wall needs cleaning. We have a wall we would like painted on both sides 2 coats. We will supply paint and brushes.

I have a hole in my wall that requires plastering and sanding (reading for painting). The hole is approximately 2450mm high and 160mm wide. The existing plaster is 10mm thick. Dust created from sanding must be contained (via hanging plastic sheets from ceiling or similar) and area must be cleaned of dust after sanding. All materials to be provided by person completing the job.
