We've had some carpet removed which has exposed some previously covered ends of old jarrah floorboards. The rest of the area was already sanded and polished relatively recently - as in the photos, it's just the ends which need sanding and polishing. There are also two wooden bannister which need quarter rounds installed (bannisters have rounds on one side but missing on the other side), and other small touch ups. Please quote to include supply of all materials. Can provide any measurements you need.

Spray painting rear spoiler as the shine has gone from it, as well as spray front bumper where my partner said hi to a pole.

Wall 1 - approx 5m by 2.8 (14sm)-Remove wall paper - prepare wall for painting and paint wall.(one undercoat and up to two coats of paint). Wall 2. Paint adjoining wall (approx 3 by 2.7m- 8sm) - up to 2 coats Other minor painting (whilst the first coat of wall 1 &2 above dries) - maximum 1.5hrs All paint provided but wall paper steamer to be provided by tradesman.

All the puddy on my window fell off. I need the window puddied up and sanded for painting.

Ceilings panted in the following rooms hallway (1.5 x 9m) bedroom (4.6 x 3.6m) bathroom (1.8 x 3m). Hallway and bedroom ceilings are quite high (3.4m). Ceilings are already painted, but there will be a bit of patching work required (a couple of very small areas). Theres potentially more work after this on the exterior of our house. Will supply paint. Only painting contractors please.

We have recently replaced the ceilings of two bedrooms with new Gyprock and Cornice. The dimensions of each room are approximately 3.2 x 4m. Since it's a newly installed Gyprock, we would like the painter to apply a prime coat followed by 2 top coats of white ceiling paint. We urgently need this work to be completed by tomorrow, Thursday, at the latest, or ideally by Friday. Additionally, we kindly request that the painter supply the prime and ceiling paint and bring their drop sheet for protection. In the images provided, you will notice a fan and light fixture. We have already removed both the fan and light fixture. These images accurately depict the size of the room, with no furniture present, as it is currently vacant.

Scrub / sand back 3 wrought iron fence segments and automatic sliding gate of chipped paint, treat with corrosion inhibitor and paint matte black. Prefer to have it painted during warm day or before cold weather to improve durability of paint and drying conditions. Tasker to supply inhibitor and paint and prep surface.

Last tenant was evicted and the place needs a tidy. Plaster touch up. Some paint retouching to blend in. Some silicone in a few places. Repaint small gate. Possible stairs and floor revarnish. Just need a cheap tidy up before next tenant
