Find an experienced local painter in Mudgeeraba

1m x 1m patch to ceiling in bedroom. Needs patch put, set and sand

I live in a small, single story detached home, it’s considered a villa. One third of the house has a brick veneer down the bottom, the roof and gutters have just been painted. I need someone to paint the rest of the outside in white including the front wall. Will be a very quick job, it’s a small house.

2 bedrooms and a hallway needed to be painting - not including trimming, so cutting in and block walls. Also need 2 cupboards painted inside and shelves. Don't need a pro painter - just a handy man/women who can work steadily and efficiently. Hoping to pay $40 an hour, will price the job for 8 hours at that rate. So if we set it up through here you will work for 8 hours at that rate and then discuss further hours from there. But also open to offers. Thanks! Painting skirting boards. Equipment and paint supplied do not need a professional painter. But must have experience painting neatly.

We have one ceiling to sheet and set. All the gyprock is here and ready to go up. There is also 4 x small patches to set and get ready for paint.

I have a front wall/fence that I wanted painted. It’s just the pillars, and short wall below fence. I have all paint, rollers and brushes. No filling is needed, A quick spray with the high pressure hose before paining, and will need two coats. Its water based paint so dries relatively quickly. 8 pillars in total, with the adjoining small walls below Half day to full day worth of work. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 10 January 2024
