Sand paint deck, I will supply Sikkens HLS and deck coat products. 2 coat system. I also have oxcillic acid restorer as well. The deck does have raised decorative nails. 34 square meters in total

Need our 3 bedroom house set, sanded and cornice done. Walls and ceiling, all has been sheeted and ready to go.

New fence 16m long, 2 m high. Spray paint charcoal grey. I can supply paint. Also timber garden retainer about same length, 3 boards high.

Some minor picture hooks to patch and then painting a couple of walls as part of lease exit.

Looking for someone to sand back this textured wall so we can paint it. It is lightly textured we just don’t have the sanding equipment. I’d say it’s about 2.5m x 2.5m of wall.

I am looking for someone to sand back this wall as the current paint is textured. There will also be a picture hanging small hook to patch up. I then need the person to repaint (base coat and top coats) the colour to match the existing walls (an off white colour). I will provide the paint colours (including base coat) but will need the person to bring all other materials like paint brushed, ladder, drop sheets, sander etc. There may be potential for other paint jobs in the house in the near future. The walls are tall (maybe 2.5m high) but not too wide (perhaps 2.5m wide max). Appreciate that this will need to be done over two days.

The roof has been inspected and photographed recently . Two glue on waterproof patches put on previously need to be re covered. Also one additional spot to be done . I have rust kill paint . So clean up the spots pictured and apply rust kill paint as I instruct you , apply two new glue on patches . Its a split level house , access from the front is one story . We recently installed new wood effect flooring and a stair case. The stairs remain unsealed around the skirting and we will like it finished like the rest of the house. We started applying the sealant ourselves but it looks terrible so we need help. We need the old sealant on one side of the stairs removed and a fresh white No More Gaps, carefully applied to seal the gap between the wood stairs and wall. No painting is required just remove old seal and apply new fresh one. - Due date: Needs to be done by 02 August 2023

Im after a bedroom painted, 15/16/17 August. Get the keys for unit on 14th, used to paint myself but eyes are no good now for all the cutting in. Approx 3.2 x 3.3 metres. I will supply paint. Needing a plaster to repair 2 very small sections Needs to be done tomorrow (Friday) after lunch. First job is a 2cm hole in ceiling that needs patching. Second job is to touch up dodgy hole from a toilet roll that someone has patched up previous but not well. No painting required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 13 January 2023
