Finish painting our house. We have 8 doors plus frames. Couple of rooms needing walls and roof, bathroom needing roof. Skirting boards for entire house appx 250sqm house. Please only apply if you will SAND the skirting before you paint. Experienced and skilled people only please.

Deck appx 200sqm. Strip old stain off using a quality product and re stain + apply treatment after staining. All products supplied. Tasker to be experienced and tidy with own drop sheets and whatever else is required for application etc.

We need our back deck sanded and oiled. It’s a 30sqm deck with two timber steps at the bottom. We can provide the oil if need. We will also will screw all the screws down so none are exposed before sanding. Job in Nambour. Deck will obviously be clear and empty. You need to provide sander & tools for oiling etc. thank you!

Just after quotes as I’ve been busy trying to resurrect an old house we recently purchased. I’m happy to do rooms in parts and pay by the hour or we can aim for milestones for example aim to do one room one day then do another room etc basically be done in parts as money quite tight due to cost of living pressures hence why I thought hourly and do in part be more beneficial for both parties hopefully.
