Paint a brand new outdoor cabana and small outdoor bathroom both inside and out including walls and ceiling.

I have three spots where I have taken hooks off and it has resulted in this paint chipping off slightly.

Hole kicked in wall. Needs to be repaired and painted

My ceiling recently damaged by water, when I scrape out the falling paint, revealed the panel looks like cement fibre (don’t know whether it is asbestos containing or not) the board has hollow dull sound. For safety reason, I only repainted the ceiling at the moment. Hence need a professional plaster to skim coat this part of my ceiling the dimensions approx or less than 100cm x 140cm, and does not require to sand any part as for safety concerns.

Paint bathroom - 1900 x 1600 (approx.) size. Slightly awkward space. Requires VERY good priming and several coats of paint and quite a bit of patching. Bath likely needs to have silicone surrounding (has been waterproofed already). Window to have frame painted black. And spray paint old tapware. Quote to include paint & materials etc. See photos.
