Find an experienced local painter in Narrabundah

I have two surfaces (220 x 900 and 500 x 1800) that need to be smoothed in some way so I can paint them. Need to make them consistent with the rest of the porch area. I think the answer is for a renderer to apply a thin coat of smooth cement or some similar product. Happy to negotiate proper price once quote accepted (avoid fees etc.).

I'm looking for someone to patch and paint my laundry, which was renovated a while ago but I couldn't afford to patch and paint at the time.
