Seeking a handyman to help me with random house tasks to get a house up to scratch before we rent. Major tasks are: - painting/touch ups to external windows (approx. 8 window bays/sections) - painting touch ups to internal windows (approx 3 window bays/sections) - attaching new internal window locks (approx 13 windows) - erecting curtains in three bedrooms - installing new security door - installing new clothesline - some landscaping

I have a small hole that needs to be repaired. I can do the final sand off and paint. Can't start until the 4th of Feb. Thanks.

The Deck is approximately 30m2. 

 The task includes the following: 
-To lightly sand the deck if necessary (some areas of the deck have had sun exposure and need to be lightly sanded, but most of the deck is fine because it's undercover and has had furniture providing shade/ cover as well). 
-To prep the deck using a deck cleaner solution. -Apply 2 coats of decking oil eg Cabots Aquadeck Natural decking oil. 
 -secure / reattach two railings that have come loose. 
-The top of the cedar railings also need to be sanded and patched and the have two coats of cedar stain paint applied

. The price offered assumes the following is included:
 -Supply of deck oil 
 -Supply of cedar stain 
 -Sanding machinery/equipment.
 
-You have your own insurance

I have two surfaces (220 x 900 and 500 x 1800) that need to be smoothed in some way so I can paint them. Need to make them consistent with the rest of the porch area. I think the answer is for a renderer to apply a thin coat of smooth cement or some similar product. Happy to negotiate proper price once quote accepted (avoid fees etc.).

I'm looking for someone to patch and paint my laundry, which was renovated a while ago but I couldn't afford to patch and paint at the time. The total wall space that needs to be painted is approx 4 square metres. About 1.5 square metres of that needs patching or rendering (I'm not sure which.) The ceiling is 3.4 square metres.
