Painting of skirting boards in unit at Nelson Bay. 50 lineal metres of newly fitted plain skirting to be filled (screw heads etc) and painted with oil-based enamel semi-gloss Lexicon Quarter. Some other gap filling required (white) where the new hard flooring meets the walls in a couple of areas (either side of 4 steps where skirting not fitted). A little bit of white silicone also required to fill between new floor edge and raised bathroom tiled floor (width of doorway). - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 15 October 2023
