There’s a stain on the white bathroom bench top since last week (see photos). The size of stain is approximately Length 20cm/Width3cm. I need someone to paint the bench top with white paint. The bench itself isn’t too big approx. 170cm wide. The quote includes: - Airstaker fee - Preparation - Labour and transport - Tools -2 coats (white paint) - 1 painter Last time when I had the bench top painted I bought Dulux renovation range (natural white) Tiles & bench tops, and had so much paint leftover. This time, rather than buying a whole new can of paint again to paint such small area, I’m hoping to find someone who can provide white paint for bench top. Dates and time are flexible, so if you can combine with other jobs, that would be great. I’m in Neutral Bay.

Every time I clean mould from the bathroom using supermarket products/vinegar it comes back worse! It’s now spreading over ceiling. I’m hoping someone experienced and professional can do a more thorough job that will get rid of it for me at least for a while!

Paint front wall of a house, and smaller sections of adjacent wall and porch. Main house wall is roughly 7m x 3m, minus space taken by windows and door. Total area around 30 square metres, likely 2-3 hours work. Paint supplied. Refresh of same colour. White walls and skirtings and cornices have gathered dust and marks over time. House is three bedroom town house. Likely needs 1-2 days to do a thorough job. - Due date: Flexible

- Plaster / render / make good 2.5 small walls (approx 6-7m sq total) - Plaster on 2 door frames to be squared-up. It has been patched by previous owners and they’ve done a lousy job. (Will attach photos later) - re-Render one side of a door frame / panel that’s cracking and about to fall off. I can remove the existing plaster back to brick. Much of the scraping back of old material has been done and now we need someone to render / plaster the walls to make good for painting. Shouldn’t take long if you know what you are doing. Best if you bring your own supplies but please bring proper stuff that means mould is killed. Let me know what you are going to use. Open to chemicals if you let me know what they are and they won’t damage the walls. But understand that vinegar solution is better for killing mould.
