The wooden slats on my Garage door needs sanding and then treated with varnish

Every time I clean mould from the bathroom using supermarket products/vinegar it comes back worse! It’s now spreading over ceiling. I’m hoping someone experienced and professional can do a more thorough job that will get rid of it for me at least for a while!
