Remove the mould and clean from a bathroom high raked ceiling of a 2 bedroom unit. The top of its walls 1 metre from the ceiling also needs some mould removed. The mould is not overly bad but the new tenants want it removed. The unit is an easily accessible ground floor unit but the raked ceiling and top of the walls are too high for me to do. We also need to clean up - taking all nails from ceiling and wall framing so framing is smooth for Plasterer. $50 per hour. It is time to paint the kitchen... I will be removing the kitchen cupboard doors to sand and paint but will require professional help to have them re-hung. I am attaching some photos, one of the whole kitchen and then some pictures of the hinges. The doors themselves whilst old are in fine condition however the current hinges have been painted on, so it may also need new hinges. If you could provide your professional recommendation that would be greatly appreciated. I am happy for you to come take a look as well if that's easier.
