The table had rough edges that may require light sanding and re-oiling. Please see images.

Dry wall damage due to peeling off stickers. The damage is very little.

**Starting Wednesday 4 April** - We are looking for someone to come and paint the interior of our 60m2 apartment in Newstead. - Painting the same colour (white), but just want to freshen up before we move in. - There will be no furniture in the apartment. - Preferably materials included in the offer.

Multiple small/ superficial dints in wall. Paint is already on hand and provided. One medium size hole to be repaired.

Red wine was spilt on the carpet. It’s an old stain. Most of the colour has been removed, it’s just a light stain that needs to be to go.
