Finish painting around the outside of the house and a few bits and pieces like a pipe. The rendering is 90% done but our renderer ghosted and has been uncontactable since, I think it’s finished and just needs the colour.

I have a dark IKEA Buffet and mirror I would like painted white. The buffet is laminated and mirror has a glossed wood they will need to be sanded, primed then painted. If you have your own primer and paint to use that would be great, let me know in your offer what brand it is too. Flexible on dates. I will also ask for examples of work you have previously done.

I have multiple small patch and paint jobs from where I had pictures or shelves hanging or where the wall has been damaged. See photos. Needs to be done by May. I do have paint from the original build though it’s 7 years old now so uncertain it’s still usable quality. With the white and silver hooks these are (still can’t believe I did this) glued to the wall. So you will need to prise these off first.

We would like a plasterer/painter to patch the cracks/holes in the ceiling and thereafter paint the ceiling. Painting will be necessary. There are only two rooms where this has occurred. One room is relatively small, the other fairly big. Issues like these occur occasionally. Previous tenants ripped paint off the wall with command hooks and one door needs to be partially sanded back and repainted. We would need to colour match the walls as well as the paint colour is not known. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 8 November 2022
