Bedroom door painted with a roller! I tried with a brush but doesn’t do too wrll

White internal bedroom door supplied and installed and colour matched

Paint 3 bedrooms, a laundry and 2 bathrooms. Property will be ready in 2 weeks to start and will need to be completed asap after that. Painting will be wall and ceiling but will be the same colour so no cutting needed. Doors and wardrobe doors will also need to be painted.

Ceilings, skirting boards, doors and walls. Paint supplied. House is mainly empty.

Need some touch up paints on pencil mark and dark sport mark. Just one small room only. Interior. Need paint done below the mark.

Work required is on the outdoor alfresco where there is sagging and ceiling patching required, the main living area where there is a couple of cracks in the ceiling and cornice and also the carport where there is some cracks in the cornice and on the ceiling. One of the bedrooms also requires some patching on the ceiling in one spot where the nail has cracked the paint as there has been pressure on gyprock. All the work is of a small scale in a number of different areas.

2 sections of walls - 1)3.2 x 2.6m wall needs patching and painting 2) 3.6m x 2.6m wall needs dent patched and painted

Small patch and paint on a white/ cream internal bedroom door. May need to paint the whole door if the same colour cannot be found.

Fixing cracks around cornices throughout the house. Painting of whole interior .

Needing minor fix of couple of bits of damage to Jarrah floors as in pictures. Then sand and finish. We'll ensure house is empty (4 small rooms). Wanting a quote with supplies such as varnish, putty etc included. We have enough jarrah boards for that part. Thank you!

Looking for some help with painting and other touch-ups ahead of putting the house on the market. The idea is to improve the look of the property, but no need to spend too much effort making it durable or long-lasting. My preference is that you provide the necessary equipment & paint and charge me for paint, rollers and time spent. Happy to agree on either a fixed price or an hourly rate (subject to a cap). Can start anytime from Mon 15-Jan, to completed by Thu 18-Jan EOD. House will be unoccupied. Specifically requesting help with the following: 1. Painting of 2 bathrooms, 2 toilet rooms & a laundry All rooms are fairly small (bathrooms & laundry are approx. 2m x 2m each, toilet rooms are approx. 1m x 1m each). The rooms are half-tiled, so minimal wall surfaces. A fair amount of patching will be required. Color is currently dark grey, looking to get it painted light grey to match the rest of the house, so at least two coats would likely be required. 2. Touch-up / painting of kitchen cupboards Cupboards were historically dark grey, were painted white two years but with a matte paint so a little bit marked up. Probably best to cover with a semi-gloss paint of the same white color. Happy to take your judgment about whether they need to be painted on all sides or if we can just do fronts. 3. Some exterior wall painting On the front of the house, there is a minor bit of discoloration of the wall under the steps near the floor. Hoping to touch this up without having to paint the entire external wall of the house. 4. Potential fixing of kitchen cupboard doors for corner-doors One of these corner doors (i.e. two pieces of wood with a corner hinge) are quite heavy so it’s been falling off the hinges. Looking for assistance to get it more secured (installing a Kaboodle Corner Door Roller Catch might be enough).
