Builders put up a new door but never came back to paint it. It needs to be white like the others. I don’t know the paint used so I presume you’ll need to come check it out to match the colour of the other doors and then paint it - both sides

Basic painting of walls and ceilings of small 2 bed apartment

I started to paint my kitchen green then realised I don’t have time to finish it. Room is approx 4x3ish metres but need to paint around tiles and window frames. Not painting ceiling. Need someone to plaster, sand and paint over where we removed cornices

Sand 2 x decks Roof top deck exposed to sun and weather the boards are now grey silver and looks like there's no previous coating left (probably just needs a good built sand) Spontard gum decking at 65 millimeters wide. 9 to 10 square metres ground floor front deck Also needs a sand

Tidy up some patched holes in plasterboard walls and repaint to match existing wall finishes. Probably 10-15 patches in total. Should be about 2 hours work. Will supply the paint to match existing walls. See photos or patches that have been completed

Carport ceiling needs 2 corners repaired and also a hairline crack patched. Repaint ceiling 6x6m (Was damaged when roof was replaced) - First 3 pictures. Main bedroom wall needs old plug holes patched, holes from current TV bracket patched and repair walls where cupboard removed the paint. Need to repaint this section of walls. Wall is 4m wide. I will supply paint, job is for labor and all required supplies (ex paint)

I have two timber decks that need are in need of their annual maintenance - a stain to rejuvenate the timber. One is pictured, the other is about the same size, upstairs.

Paint bathroom ceiling white to cover mould stain. 2m x2.5m

Require a timber deck that is about 8m by 8m (not quite square) to be sanded back and stained (probably 2-3 coats required as we are looking for a dark stain). It comes up against house and so care needs to be taken for any splash. see attached photos. I’m okay condition but just starting to show some age and Wood needs to be given added protection from the elements. One section of deck also needs repair (new wood)
