I need to paint the upper level of a townhouse, including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, linen, stairs area, stairs balustrade, all doors; excluding ensuite ( it will be tiled) and wardrobe (they are glass sliding doors); remove 1 door curtain rail, and fix a couple of minor holes in the wall.

Bathroom Reno to be completed .. patching walls , new plaster hung and plastered , painting .. would need a fair level of experience as I would want it done properly .. must have previous work references and pics .. only a relatively small job .. say 2 days .. I can supply all materials if that makes it easier .. no tiling needed ..

need help to finish some painting professional and correct plastering mistakes. The roof has been done except architrave near man hole which may need some no more gaps or builder bog and a small 1m2 area that needs redoing. The wall have has one or two coats but need to be painted so even colour/number of coats and sanding patching needs to be done where plastering errors have occurred - please see pics of examples. There are 2 bulk heads to be painted also The bathroom is square set so you need to have good cutting in skill. The door in the picture also need painting. It has had no paint applied as yet. Plus there are a couple of small scratches on 2 other doors including the bathroom There is some architrave that needs doing but this can be discussed as I understand this is more work If you are skilled I think it could easily be done in less than 1/2 day. The wall had adhesive wall paper. We took it down and a heap of paint pulled off. The whole wall is patchy. We already have a new paint tray and roller, new paint brush, have the paint tin, have a floor cover and tape. Not sure what else would mine needed. Maybe some filler.
