Find an experienced local painter in Ormeau

I’m after a painter to work on a day rate or hourly rate to paint the interior of my house. It’s a standard 4 bedroom 2 living area house with a double garage, all doors, skirting’s and ceilings need to be painted.

Make an offer, i just stated a random amount. 3 rooms in our house have pop corn ceilings (no asbestos) and we are having a new kitchen installed in a few weeks. We want to tidy up the ceilings and resurfacing them doesn't appear to be an option and we don't want to deal with all the dust from replacing rhe ceilings. We had a quote for the area and was told it's 47m2. Looking at the only other alternative - to cover up the ceilings with panels - something like the lining panels white MDF primed batten at Bunnings but open to suggestions. We have low ceilings and want it to be white. I would say the job would be easier with two people.

I have 3 holes that need repaired in ceiling where the old lights use to be and one patch on wall next to air con unit. I would also like the entire ceiling in lounge an kitchen painted white after the repairs. Looking for someone qualified to do this job. We have had our laundry tiled and now need the ceiling plastered and joined and finished. In our bathrooms we had an amazing plasterer whom moved away do our bathrooms with plaster tape and cut it for a perfect join and finish. Must Be Experienced. Must have an extension ladder that will reach upto 25ft. Only required to cut in 3 large walls roughly about 3 hours work for professional painter happy to pay extra if need be.

1 bedroom 3.6mx3.6m plus 1mx1.7m strip off to the side to be carpeted. We have enough leftover from the other rooms for the 1x2m strip but need to purchase the same carpet if possible to do the rest of the room. I’ve started the painting in two bedroom but need someone to finish the work. It requires cutting in and rolling all 4 walls in both bedrooms. The skirting boards and doors have been done in one room but the the second. They are standard size bedrooms. If possible I’d like it done today.
