Hi I need a bathroom roof replaced with a new gyprock roof and cornices see pictures. Bathroom dimensions approx 3.3 x 2.8 with a bulkhead that looks ok. I also need one long length of cornice installed and blended with existing roof against internal brick wall that has started to come away length is approx 6.6 metres need price to include sanding and all prep so all I need to do is paint them both please thanks. Would like it to be completed prior to Feb 16th.

There is a possible Mould or Mildew problem presenting in bathroom and toilet rooms. Ceiling appears to be coated in a thick white powder with some black mould spots showing. I need a ceiling re-paint ( may also include/require sanding) of a combined Living Room and Kitchen . Approx 40 sqm . The recent painting of this ceiling is still appearing patchy after 3 attempts, so I'm putting my roller brush down. I first used Dulux Ultra range/ low VOC on the existing painted ceiling. The Dulux paint seemed very thin and the ceiling ended up very patchy. I then primed and painted with Haymes paint, which appeared to be much better, However I can still see some patchy marks. I used a 10mm nap roller. The patchy painted areas look to be textured and raised ( doesnt look to be mould or water damage). Not sure what the issue is... could be technique .. my other rooms turned out fine. I need an experienced painter to help rectify. I can supply the paint . Looking to have the re-paint done by this Thurs 20 March or Friday 21 March if possible.
