We’ve done some minor renovations to our living room and we’re looking for someone to do some plasterboard sealing and wall setting, along with the cornices. We need someone to set and sand, ready for paint. Approx. 2 days work.

I’ve just moved into a 50m2 rental (the size of a small studio/one bedroom apartment) in Medlow Bath and I’ve approval to paint the interior. The existing interior is a light and a medium shade of grey. I would like to paint everything (the ceilings, walls, trim, doors) a low sheen ‘comfort white’. I have purchased a 15L tub of comfort white paint (and can purchase more if needed). As stated, the rental is small. There are five rooms, including a kitchen and a bathroom with a wash closet, which, as far as I can tell, require no or at most minimal preparation. The rental contains my boxed belongings, which I will move onto the back deck the day prior to painting. (There are four items of furniture that are too heavy for me to move, however; a wardrobe, two sideboards and a fridge.) I would like to work with an affordable, preferably licensed, though not necessarily, painter who will ensure that there are no drips or roller lines/marks. I have attached a floor plan and old photographs of the rental prior to my moving in (please note that one room is not photographed and that rooms appear much larger than they are owing to the wide angle lens the photographer used). PLEASE ensure that all offers are for the job’s completion in its entirety.

A quick paint job of a small bedroom with 2 coats of colour

Paint internal walls of entire house, and ceilings including minor patching of blemishes in walls. No painting of walls in garage, under house cellar or “storage room” required. Move in date 24th Jan so anytime after that.

I need someone to come and wash the walls in 5 rooms (approx 4x4 m each with high ceilings) and a short hallway. NOTE this is preparation for painting so not just a regular cleaning job. Must use sugar soap. Image shows one of the rooms, the others are similar.

The laundry needs lots of while silicone on edging on floors and shelves. See pics. We can provide the paint, you will need to provide WHITE silicone. We can reimburse you.
