I’d like the current kitchen cupboards painted. They have already had a crappy paint job so I doubt they’ll even need to be sanded back, they could probably be painted in situ, because the texture is already rough. I’d like to use chalk paint as again I don’t think you need to sand and it’ll probably stick to anything. I can supply the paint. I need an area of about 6 square metres rendered to match the thickness and finish of the rest of the wall. I'll paint it once rendered, so I just need a good finished coat that I can prime and paint. There's also a few other spots pictured (next to the yellow parts) that need filled in with render.

There is mild mould on the ceilings which I would like addressed. The will need removing and then when we paint - I will include a mold retardant in the paint to prevent future mould.
