Need my merbau deck refinished. Approx 5m x 5m Task to include stairs, side to garden and screen. Sanding back required and would like to use Intergrain deck oil 3 coats Photos added

Remove paint from balcony tiles and restore the tiles so they look close to their original form.

small section of L R ceiling had collapsed in storm and 2m beam used to re-attach ceiling to joist. Roof replaced so now need beam removed, then plaster/Polyfilla, then paint that repaired section or paint whole L R ceiling. Around 5 hours work. You supply tools, plaster, Polyfilla, sander and ceiling white paint. Around $100/hour + cost of materials and it's around 5 hours work.

Deck only a few years old in excellent condition. Just needs a clean and decking oil for protection. Already has decking oil applied I think 2 coats 3-4yrs ago. The deck is 3x5m and has a sitting bench along the edges and 4 steps

I need to repaint my whole house interior ceiling, walls, timbers everything. Its a 3 bedroom house. 1 laundry, 1 toilet, doesn’t have timber windows just the door and door frames. Altogether 8 door and doorframes need to put oil based sealer and painted. Wall is gonna get changed to white same with the timbers. Not much preparation needed.

Needing painters to help with the followings: - Weathered gable, need to touch/ repaint to match the existing paint. - 2x Outdoor light to be painted/ sprayed - Study room ceiling had water damage on small area due to recent torential rain. 2 bedroom unit to be painted

I have two small bathrooms, the grout is white on the walls however there are some small gaps here and there. Would like it filled in. Bonus if can fill a gap or two on the floor tiles, can send some pictures

Looking for experienced painters. Please send me your quote and ideal time to paint interior of 3 bedrooms and ceiling of a brick house. We would like to update the walls from medium grey color to Dulux natural white. Please include prep and sanding walls and ceiling if needed, how many undercoat and coat of finish color and if paint is included. Job timing is flexible in December and prior to January if possible. Size of 3 bedrooms, which has 1 side of built in wardrobes: 3.7x3.3m 3.7x3.3m 3.3x 4.7m The bedrooms are empty as of now, but will need to have the floor covered during painting. Please send me your quote and time you are available to do the job, and any exclusion. This task consists of a few jobs: 1. Plaster and repair all the holes from moving power points. Total of 10 holes against internal brick wall. See photos, marked as red circle. Wall paint is supplied. 2. Plaster some damaged brick wall render (1 each in bedroom 1 & 2 wardrobe, 1 next to powerpoint) and 1 small doorknob damage on a blueboard. Marked as yellow circle in photos. Wall paint is supplied. 3. Fix portion of old skirting (as marked yellow in the floorplan): Fill gaps above skirting, sanding the skirting, supply and apply 3 x coats of water based paint (white) on existing skirting. Some part of the house has been recently renovated and the skirting has been repainted so there is no need to do the whole house (ie hallway), but would love to match the color.
