Hello, I have a small outside deck (3m x 5m) that is 6 years old, Merbau timber and has been stained a few times by a few different handymen. I just want it sanded back and oiled but not stained. I don’t need it done until Nov as I’m going overseas. And I need someone who is reliable and who returns phone calls or text messages and shows up when they say they will! Thank you! 😃

Doors and frames need to be washed in a bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite 1 bedroom needs to be cleaned up - removing of plastic sheets paper, tape , plastic . This kwila deck is in good condition (see photos) but hasn't been oiled for 2-3 years. The scope is: 1. Remove and replace about 1 metre of decayed battens with H4 treated timber and refix affected decking. 2. Clean and re-oil the entire front and back deck of house. (Approx 30m2 total). Use good quality cleaner and 2 coats of decking oil. Would prefer a quote on the job after site inspection to ensure it is a fair price for the work involved and to include the cost of all materials. Must be an experienced handiman in this type of work.

We have outdoor and indoor window and some door frames around a two story house that need painting white (at the moment they are not painted, it's just aluminium), imagine it might be quite fiddly work having attempted one myself and swiftly given up. I'd say there are probably 5 door frames and maybe 10 window frames that need doing but can get exact amount and size soon. Hi there, I’m looking for a painter for the interior of my small 2bed 1 bath unit in Peregian Beach. A few holes need patching. Also, painting of slats on wardrobe doors. It is currently being renovated, so there will be no furniture, door knobs or carpet to make the job easier. I am happy to purchase paint & open to discussing options re a suitable rate.
