Repair/prep and repaint front facade of house. This includes all rendered wall surfaces including the parapet wall, timber fascia and moulding, cement architectural moulding (will need mortar repair), eaves, and timber balcony pergola filled and painted also. Theres been a lot of moisture into the walls lately from all the rain - need an experienced painter know how to prep properly before painting. The render wraps around the sides of the house approximately 1 metre. Prefer same or similar colour neutral colour in Dulux Weathershield (to be agreed upon but happy to consider suggestions - ) following the primecoat. I can supply the paint just let me know what works.. Photo includes front of house and ground level shots, front entry way. Just been pressure washed. A few holes in the walls some we have “tried” to patch up lol but tremendously failed. Due to having 5 kids under 10 in the household 😂 Have a look at the photos please.
