Repair/prep and repaint front facade of house. This includes all rendered wall surfaces including the parapet wall, timber fascia and moulding, cement architectural moulding (will need mortar repair), eaves, and timber balcony pergola filled and painted also. Theres been a lot of moisture into the walls lately from all the rain - need an experienced painter know how to prep properly before painting. The render wraps around the sides of the house approximately 1 metre. Prefer same or similar colour neutral colour in Dulux Weathershield (to be agreed upon but happy to consider suggestions - ) following the primecoat.
