I have a feature wall with two sides that I would like to have repainted. The current color is a dark beige, and I am looking to change it to Lexicon White by Dulux. Here are the details for the two walls: • First side: 250 cm height x 190 cm width • Second side: 250 cm height x 60 cm width The total area to be painted is approximately 6.25 m². I am finishing the lease and need assistance with a few small tasks for which I need help of an all rounder including putting up curtains (all system and hooks in place, just need someone with a ladder to do it), few paint touch ups as per the pictures, put back a bit of flooring edge that has come off and a few things that have come up at the end. I may ask for some help cleaning the balcony too. This is not an end of lease cleaning task which has been arranged and will be done by others. Need an experienced painted for a couple of hours to rectify some painting done on ceilings, walls and some doors. The photos below are just some examples of the areas that need to be rectified (by applying one more coat)/touched up, there are a few more. Moving out - removed paintings and wall mounted sticky stuff. This has left 6 drill holes 5 tears in the wall paint surface. Need someone to patch the holes and paint over holes / tears with matching color.
