Ensure full coverage to prevent absorption issues. 🔹 Let the primer dry for 4-6 hours before proceeding. 2️⃣ Apply Cemher Microcement Base Coat 🔹 Mix Cemher Base Microcement thoroughly using a paddle mixer to ensure a smooth consistency. 🔹 Use a trowel to apply a thin 1-2mm layer, spreading it evenly over the surface. 🔹 Work in smooth strokes to avoid thick patches that could lead to cracking. 🔹 Allow the first coat to dry for 12-24 hours before moving to the next step. 🔹 Once dry, lightly sand any rough spots with 120-240 grit sandpaper to achieve a smooth foundation. 3️⃣ Apply Cemher Microcement Fine/Medium Coat 🔹 Apply a second thin coat (1-2mm) using a trowel, ensuring smooth and even coverage. 🔹 If a more textured industrial concrete look is desired, use a sponge or roller while the coat is still wet. 🔹 Let it dry overnight, then sand lightly to refine the finish. 4️⃣ Apply Cemher Sealer for Durability 🔹 Apply Cemher Polyurethane Sealer with a roller or brush for a strong, waterproof, and stain-resistant finish. 🔹 Allow the first coat to dry fully before applying a second coat for added durability. 🔹 Let the final coat cure for at least 24 hours before heavy use.
