Find an experienced local painter in Ridgehaven

I have two bedside tables, two narrow shelves and one window frame 900x1200 (with several wooden sections). I want them sanded in preparation for painting. I really don't know what a reasonable payment for this would be so I put $100 as a starting point.

Need just the visible part of the fence painted dark colour.

Looking for someone to come and please sand (lightly in some spots, a bit more in others) and revarnish 2x french doors inside & out plus front & back door inside & out. Photos of insides and outsides below. I have the varnish but need you to supply all other items (sanding items, masking materials, brush etc). Flexible on days and times. I want to refresh my timber kitchen, sand & paint white. I supply paint. Cabinet doors and drawers, shelves etc. All the wood. I've taken 4 doors off and done the sanding. I just haven't got the time to do it all. All the wood needs to be sanded, painted white, need a couple of coats I guess, and doors put back on properly. I want to rent or sell the house soon so just need it done. I would prefer someone who is experienced with kitchens and doing this sort of thing. - Due date: Flexible
