Task Description: I’m seeking a skilled and experienced painter to complete the following painting tasks in my home with a professional finish: Scope of Work: 1. Two Bedrooms: • Repaint all walls, including patching up scratches and dents. 2. One Living Room: • Repaint all walls (ceiling excluded). 3. Stair Area: • Repaint two walls along the staircase.

The job covers repainting my entrance door and the front facade, area as marked in the picture. For the door: I'm planning to use a different color, probably white. Require 3 cots including primer. For the facade wall: Also a lighter color to match garage door, so mostly 3 cots. Please put through your offers by this weekend, I can get the paint supplies once we lock in the offer, thanks

There are some spot which has mold in the bedrooms and living area. Molds are not limited in these photos. Also, the wall painting was peeled and needs to be painted again. There is a granny flat as well which has some mold spots in it which needs to be cleaned.

This job is for a property that i am not resident. A wall has been damaged. See photo. Needs to be repaired and painted to match. Happy to reimburse cost of paint separately on issues of receipt. Ideally to be done this Weekend. See photo.
