Find an experienced local painter in Rivervale

I have some paint work that needs redoing on my balcony. I am on the 8th floor of an apartment building so if you are scared of heights then this job may not be for you. It is not dangerous though if you have a ladder. It will need sanding down, and then maybe some body filler if needed and then some white ceiling paint. I am thinking 2-3 coats so it looks good. The paint will need to match the existing paint. It is not a big job but I need to have it done first thing on Thursday September 3. The whole ceiling does not need painting - just the repaired sections. Will need to match though. I have taken a shot from either end of hte porch so you can see the area needed repairs above the pillar.

Need all walls cleaned at a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place. (2 stories) Not super concerned about scratch marks or hard to remove marks - just need it cleaned of grime before we start painting.

Owner needs help with completing painting a brick, rendered fence. 1 x undercoat and to top coats. Partially completed. I have the paints. I need someone for 2 days. Working alongside me. Only the fence panels, not the brick pillars.

Area needs prep and yellow sand, compacting etc. Some removal of grass 2m 2 Have no idea on cost. Will need to provide brick saw, yellow sand, compacted and white sand. (and any other materials) I have the bricks.

There is mould on the bathroom walls which I would like removed/cleaned. The ceiling is high so will require a ladder.

Furniture has been removed from the room already as new carpets are going in on Monday. 3 walls are to be painted a light green. 1 wall is to be painted with white board paint.
