5x15m ceiling - we tried to paint it but it was uneven - needs to be redone

Light Sand and varnish kitchen floor to match the rest of the house - Kitchen size 4.6m x 3.7m. Only some parts of the floor have wear and tear. The white marks on the floor are just chipped paint - not stains on the floor.

The floors have also been freshly laid so they will need to be covered.
