Need some holes in walls patched, filled and painted. Also need some touch up painting done on some walls and corners. We will supply paint

Fences and 2 walls to be painted. Part of the fence will need to be treated/repaired as it has rusted due to a garden bed previously slightly rusting a small part of the fence (see pictures). Will suit suit a painter or someone with a good paint gun. Won’t take long and I can provide the paint. All fences will be same colour as pictured fence I have already painted monument. 2 Vintage steel plant stands require the following: Old paint stripped off (you’ll need to supply and bring your own materials and tools). Possible sanding (please bring your own materials and tools). One of the stands needs new rubber tips applied (black) (these will be provided). Both stands need to be painted red (I have 1 full spray can available). If anything else is required, please bring materials and tools to complete the job. Larger cracks in 4 -5 walls to be repaired rendered and plasrered. 2 Dining walls and one bedroom wall partially repaired need just plaster finished. Lounge walls need render and plaster as the cracks are larger and need to be finished ready to paint Need all walls fixed and ready to be painted ASAP.

Need to paint our theatre room with a dark coloured paint.. paint colour tba and will confirm once task is confirmed. Painting includes all walls and ceiling. Except the coffered part of the ceiling, door architraves and skirtings. The room has a coffered ceiling (see photos) and dimension of the room is 5630x4600 approx, please see plan to see detailed measurements. The room will have a carpet when you do the painting so will need someone with the right tools and materials. Please only put an offer if you have the right tools for the job. Price also includes paint materials. We also have other areas of the house that needs painting so if we are happy with the work done, we will offer the rest of the painting jobs to the person assigned.
