Strip old peeling paint, sand, prime and repaint handrail

Needing to have spot stains removed for end of lease clean. I have returned keys already so pickup is just around the corner from the house and drop off once finished. It’s a small bedroom house but stains are only in hallway two rooms makeup and dog stains and in lounge area (Butter chicken stain) .

We need a set of four wooden external bifold doors removed, sanded back, restained and then remounted. The doors are on an upstairs bedroom with a balcony next as shown in the attached photo.

An external brick wall approximately 9 m long and between 5 - 7 m high requires the existing flaking paint to be stripped off, to be sealed with Emerclad and then finished with Dulux Weathershield. Referenced paint products will be supplied, all other equipment and tools should be by tasked and all costs included in quote. Wall is on a side ally of a house that is approx 700mm wide

Clean and repaint white picket fence and 2 gates (approx total 10metres ) in charcoal colour

I need some to paint: 1 room white, 4 walls, white Matt finish, Skirtings semi gloss. 2 doors and architrave semi gloss. Room wall dimensions: 1. 3800 L x 3300 H 2. 1900 Lx 3300 H 3. 3750 L x 3300 H 4. 2859 L x 3300 H One wall has wallpaper on it, I just want to paint straight over it. I will supply all the paint. Decks need sanding back to bare wood. Repairs have recently been done and I need the older boards sanded and oiled to match with the newer boards (as close as possible). Decking is narrow Jarrah boards with screws - approx 18-20 sqm In the pictures, only the flat, under cover sections of deck need sanding - not the stairs or outside edges.

Have around 10 Windows and timber doors needing sanding and oiling.

Clean and paint two roof chimneys. I will supply the paint.

Paint only top half of building above sign. Just remove the plants growing, don't waste too much time with preparation, just clean a bit and paint. The building is about 10 meters wide. From the sign just over 2 meters in the middle. I have more than enough yellow paint to do the job, Just needs to be painted just to make the building look clean, the bottom of the building is already done,

Paint interior door with in my business

Need patching on three small areas on the ceiling. I don’t know what the colour white is (I tried one in the garage and as you can see isn’t the right one). Last time a painter came he knew right away which white it was.

Three sections of skirting board in our kitchen sustained minor damage after a water leak. Paint is peeling and filler in one joint needs to be replaced. Skirting boards are undamaged. We need someone to remove water damaged paint, repair joint filler in loungeroom doorway, and paint the 3 sections of skirting board. We will supply the paint. Images attached as follows: 1. 2 Small Offices and ceiling to be painted white Approx 2.5m by 2.5m each

We would like to paint our new home before we move in but only second and third floors as the first floor will go through renovation soon. The second floor has two normal size bedrooms and a small hall between them. The third floor has a small bedroom. They are all low ceilings. We would like to paint ceilings and window frames as well in the same area. The house will be empty at the time.

Rehang a current painting. Painting is 1400 wide so large. It is already hung but it’s the wrong height. I need it lowered to the correct height.

Just had some renovations and need to paint some areas to cover up. Also paint the new cornice. We have the paint already. We have moved around some art so need to cover up these areas. Also need 3 doors painted.
