We have some small water damage to our bathroom ceiling from the recent heavy rain. Upon drying out, the paint has bubbles and cracked. The ceiling and paint work is relatively new, 3 years old from our bathroom renovation. Wanting a quote to prepare the ceiling, repaint ceiling and freshen up edging. Bathroom is small - ceiling size of 2.4 x 1.2m. Standard ceiling white paint.

Need patching on three small areas on the ceiling. I don’t know what the colour white is (I tried one in the garage and as you can see isn’t the right one). Last time a painter came he knew right away which white it was.

We would like to paint our new home before we move in but only second and third floors as the first floor will go through renovation soon. The second floor has two normal size bedrooms and a small hall between them. The third floor has a small bedroom. They are all low ceilings. We would like to paint ceilings and window frames as well in the same area. The house will be empty at the time.

I'm looking for someone with experience in removing mould from ceilings and walls. There are a few areas that require cleaning: kitchen ceiling (approx 2x2 sqm), bathroom (approx 2x2sqm), 2 x windows as pictured.

- 5 x holes patched and painted in the wall (from where there are currently tv aerial points and powerpoints - these will already be removed), - 4cm x 10cm and 50cm x 50cm square area on wall to be painted (currently not the same as surrounding wall colour, white instead of off white), -ceiling to be touched up (white, appears to be streak marks from where it has been cleaned inappropriately). An external brick wall approximately 9 m long and between 5 - 7 m high requires the existing flaking paint to be stripped off, to be sealed with Emerclad and then finished with Dulux Weathershield. Referenced paint products will be supplied, all other equipment and tools should be by tasked and all costs included in quote. Wall is on a side ally of a house that is approx 700mm wide
