I need help from an experienced property maintence person to manage the preparation a 5 bedroom home for rental. I have the list of tasks needed which include painting, repairs, electrical work, plastering etc. Photos of the property and the work are available . Access to the property is 24/7 and it is ready to paint now.

Not popcorn ceiling . It’s more of a textured paint on the ceiling. To be removed prior to moving in. Apartment will be unfurnished. It’s a 70square m apartment. 2 x bedrooms and living room is required for the ceilings to be removed (bathrooms have already been done).

Paint fence approx 100 meters and 1.4 metres high. It’s the brown boundary fence in the photos, front side and a little bit out the back. Paint provided by me.

Touch up paint small area on wall where there was a hole, has been filled. Just need paint matched

Hole in plaster wall has been patched and just needs touchup paint. Paint will need to get matching paint colour from a paint shop or Bunnings. On our jetty there is a square piece of ply board that has broken it. Just a new one needs to be cut to size around 600 x 600mm and dropped into place.

Paint and repair hole in render as per picture. Would also love a quote to do more painting.

Clean and paint roof quote

The kitchen cabinets in the house I bought have been spray painted over badly in gloss white. I assume no primer was used as they have just chipped. Looking for someone to strip off the bad paint (comes off very easily to touch and repaint them in non chipping paint. Cupboards are usual type of kitchen cabinets. Two full size double doors and 8 under counter cabinets. I will purchase paint with guidance on what is needed from painter.

Need bedroom walls painted, including window frame and roof. 3.10m x 3.60m Sanding complete. Only a wardrobe in room, everything removed. One wall is red so will need an undercoat. Will require two coats, using Lovenest on all surfaces. Wall and trim paint and undercoat purchased. Only experienced painters please
