Freshly installed architrave needs painting before blinds are installed. Approx 160cm by 130cm. I'll provide the paint and can provide a roller, brush and tape if desired. Carpeted room, and the curtains in the corner will be in the way. Don't trust myself not to fling paint everywhere after how I did the bathroom! The towels above will be gone.

We have a couple of spots in our plasterboard ceiling that have water damage. We would like the ceiling repaired and painted.

As set out earlier - our internal walls and ceilings throughout our main living areas need repainting - and there is some plastering work to also be done in terms of potentially replacing a cornice across our living room ceiling which has moved away from the ceiling beam slightly - the paint colour preferred is all white. There is one small area in our hallway where there was a leak from a damaged roof tile 'clip' (repaired) which will need sanding etc. and then painting. No other area area is damaged. Our budget is flexible depending upon the quotes and work needed.
