Find an experienced local painter in Ryde

My bathroom ceiling has some mould on it. Not a lot, but its visible. The exhaust fan cover also has either some mould or dust build up. I need both thoroughly cleaned as I'm moving out soon and have an outgoing inspection coming up. Not sure if the mould has stained the ceiling and it needs a coat of paint, or if it can be cleaned off with bleach, etc. The ceiling space is about 2x3m. I don't have a ladder.

I need help to finish this paint job. Photos below and I can supply more if helpful. It’s - 2x outside brick walls (pale grey) plus - the timber french doors (monument) - timber sash windows (monument) and - the timber bifold window and frame (white - note, the inside of it is white too already) I have already double-coated the edges/ cutting-in and there’s one coat on all of one wall. Needs another coat. Other wall half done for single coat - needs finishing plus second coat. The sash windows and French doors will need a clean/ rub down and then paint. The bifold and frame is quite new so only needs a wipe down and paint. I am happy for the price walls and French doors/ sashes to look a bit “rustic” but I want a slick finish on the bifold. I will supply paint, you need to bring all other equipment (although I have blue masking/ edging tape). I will need photos of previous work - I really want a pro paint job please.

Need good quality sanding painting/staining of the centre portion of the stairs with a specific color/look ( sample will be given)

I’m moving out of my apartment and need to end the lease. I have drilled holes in the wall to hang up paintings, so the walls need to be filled and repainted. There are 3 walls in total. I need the roof, architraves and window trim painted (i will provide paint) of our main bathroom. No undercoat required for roof but trims would potentially need primer. Drop sheet must be used as this is a new renovation and I don't want any paint dripping on bathroom fixtures/tiles. Bathroom size is 3.5m by 2.4m.

I was taking stick on hooks off the wall and the paint peeled off in two different places on a wall. It’s small but noticeable hence want it fixed asap before I move out tomorrow. The pint colour is whisper white. Tired to pain it with white but it’s noticeable.
