Doorway section is 1.7m wide and existing wall (to be built up from) is 1.32m high and 3.85m wide. Looking for an estimate for the whole job including plastering and painting. See photos with yellow highlights for what I had in mind. The sooner the better. Very flexible with times available.

New floors were installed yesterday, the transition strips in the doorway are about 1-2cm too high stopping the doors from closing. They’re newly installed doors waiting to be painted in 2 weeks time so don’t have to worry about the paint on the doors.

Painting interior walls of a bedroom. Approximately 40sqm of wall to paint. x2 coats. Paint provided.

Need 2x rooms painted (walls only) including patching of small holes etc. Room sizes approx 6x7m and 6x4.5m. Also includes WIR (2x2)and newly built small gyprock wall (see pics). I will provide all paint and primer for gyprock.

Require internal painting only onto plastered wall (oil based primer and 2x top coats) 3x bedrooms 1x rumpus room and remainder of house (lounge, 2x bathrooms). Require prep/tape up before painting. Floor and skirting will be installed after painting to make job easier. Can purchase and supply paint. Access to site roughly early to mid November 2024.
