We need ceiling painted in adjoining hallways and a lounge room and dining room and 2 3x3 bed rooms including cornices (cornices only for 2 bedrooms, they are already done and cutting in done on hallway, not done in lounge or dining room - don’t necessarily need going can discuss), the walls are painted already we would prefer ceiling can be done without having to fix up paint on wall, but we can do it if we have to (fix wall if white paint on it). Also small part of ceiling in stairwell. We have paint, we would patch and sand. Require 2 coats minimum, needs to be not patchy.
