Internal prep. Painting 2 rooms

Hello , We have stripped out gyprock approx 500cm x 70cm from 1 x wall and 2 side walls. Looking for a quote to replace, match and patch and sand ready for painting

Our Oak table needs rejuvenation. It will need the top sanding back a couple holes filled then revarnish and seal. Sides and legs are still fine so they won't need attention but you'll need to match the colour. Table is 1m x 2m

Need help plastering 3 small walls (one fibre cement; 2 concrete) and a very small ceiling (less than 1SQM Gyprock) in a small walk-in store room off our living room. All the surfaces have been prepped. Just needs two coats of plaster. Please include sanding. I will do the painting. Please note I expect you to clean up and remove all rubbish and materials

I have approx 80 lineal metres of timber handrail ( spotted gum I think) that needs sanding back and resealing. Needs at least 3 coats of timber clear sealer .

We have a black wall in our back room that needs painting. We don't need it to look pretty or be done perfectly (as the wall is in pretty crappy condition) - we just want it to be white. Please provide quote for left side of the wall only & include products needed. Depending on the price will depend if we do the right hand side as well.

Refresh paint in 2 rooms. We are tenants and want to refresh walls of 2 rooms. We don’t want to spend a fortune as not our home and we moved in with walls in this condition. Red room only requires the red refreshing. Yellow room only requires yellow bits ceiling including. Windows & skirting not required . See floor plan for dimensions. We are looking for a painter to come in and do some touch up paint job on various walls around the house. You don’t need to paint full walls, touch jobs only to carry us through until renovation. Remove scruff marks etc.

We have Western Red cedar cladding that is about 4 years old, the front facing has been resealed once but the internal hasn't. It has full sun all day, plus all the rain is taking its toll.

Repair an office chair mark on timber floor due to end of lease. Sand to a fine finish, apply a stain and finish with polyurethane. Stain and poly will be provided. Job has to finish on Thursday.
