Require some minor repairs to plaster & paint in 3 bedroom double brick house. Repairs consist of: Refix a section architrave, gap & paint (curtain rod in photographs will be removed prior to attendance). A section of plaster is pulling away from ceiling joists (subsequently causing hairline crack @ the sheet joint) - refix, paint as required.
