To do this you will need to rough up the varnish with a handheld electric sander, paint white with a coat of 3-1 primer and then a top coat of furniture paint (so 2 coats in total). I am happy to provide all paint/painting suppied and have a hand held sander which can be used. All handles/glass will be removed from the buffet before being required to be painted.
