Find an experienced local painter in South Perth

In two different spaces there are 3 wall fixings that were used to attach bookshelves. Exiting lease these need to be patched. There is no spot paint from owner, so will need to paint small area of wall to pull this off. I will cover cost of paint on top of the budget price.

I have sone kids paint that has stained some polished concrete i have no idea how to fix. Any help?

I have removed water damaged rendering and need to apply a suitable waterproofing “paint” before having the area rendered and then I plan to repaint the affected areas. I’ll need preliminary advice on what “paint” I should use. I’d prefer the rendering be done prior to April 26 or after the 3rd week of May.
