Indoor Painting – Bedroom I am looking for a painter to do a room. Based upon measurements the room will require paint for a total area of 32sqm – based upon undercoat and 2 coats of paint. The room also has a small Walk In Robe. The painter will be responsible for supplying all the necessary equipment - protective sheets, tools, brushes, rollers, paint, caulking, filling of cracks or holes around the cornices, walls, window frame, trim, skirting boards, door frame, trim and door. The paint will be a white low-sheen for everything in the room. The painter will also be responsible for the cleaning (sugar soap) of the walls, ceiling and door prior to painting. The room has timber flooring, so protective sheets will be required. The room will be empty. There are curtain rods and blinds (slats) that may be required to be removed and reinstalled. The house overall is only about 21 years, so there will be no significant fatigue and I will be looking at getting further paint projects done in time, so a good opportunity for future work. My budget is only a guide as to the price I think is fair and from my own personal experience in painting projects, however, I am flexible both in time to do the work and price and will give consideration to each offer based upon experience and feedback from other customers.
