I am looking for a certified painter to repaint all internal walls and ceilings of my house that has an internal area of 118sqms. The property is currently vacant. A floor plan is attached for reference. Scope of work should include: Inside: - Preparation of all surfaces prior to painting, e.g. patching , sanding , gaping etc. - Painting of all walls with two coats of Dulux Professional matt / low sheen (colour: off-white). - Painting of all ceilings Dulux flat ceilings (colour: white). - Painting of all doors, door frames one coat of primer undercoat and one top coat of Dulux gloss enamel. - Drop sheets are not required for the floors as existing flooring (including carpets) will be replaced after the paint job. This should have some time savings to keep the cost down. Outside: - Painting of eaves and carport ceiling two top coats of Dulux flat ceilings white. - Two damages, one in the eaves and one in carport ceiling (see photos), are to be repair prior to paint. - Painting of gutters / facia / down pipes two coats of Dulux weathershield semi gloss. (colour: like for like) Photos are to be provided upon completion of the job.

Remove black and white wall tiles (as seen in photos) - patch/repair/sand and paint the two walls and door (back and front). Wall dimensions are 6m long x 2.8m high, and 2.5m long x 2.8m high and are gyprock walls. Walls to be painted in matte paint and door to be painted in semi-gloss (paint supplied) - minimum two coats. All furniture/mirrors/tv/etc will be removed beforehand to provide plenty of access.

I have a hair salon with a small kitchen and small toilet that I need the walls to be painted

Multiple patch up spots ( approx 10) where adhesives have caused paint to pull away, will provide photos in due course. Size of spots no larger then credit card size at biggest

Looking for an experienced painter to paint gutters eaves facia and downpipes pipes- sand, prime and coat I supply paint. Single story 3 bed house easy access. Approx 2 days work, possibly more if interested, and quality is good.

I have prepped edges but probably not to pro quality. I attempted a DIY job on my rental unit but got overwhelmed, leaving one bedroom unfinished. Supplies left include; a ton of paint clean up liquid, enamel, roller, scraper tool, paint brush, and lots of masking tape. Good AC so you don’t have to overheat too! Very happy to pay generously extra if you want to do minor touch-ups around the rest of the little unit too.

Looking for a painter, preferably experienced, with a steady hand to cut in the walls in the main living area (see pictures) with 2 coats of paint. The walls are prepped and will be paint ready I will provide everything required; Paint, Pots, Drop sheets, Cutting brushes (3 different sizes), if you require tape I will have to get more - please let me know. A few cracks need filling, one in the ceiling that will need to be opened up and repaired (i believe this one is a 2 visit job), and a few on the walls and around cornices.

I need the walls of two rooms prepared and painted in white at my business (See image in yellow). All furniture will be removed. It must be done between 28th and 31 Dec as the business will be closed. Additionally, I will pay for the paint used.

Looking for someone to put a second coat of paint on my living kitchen area and one coat of paint in my study. I’ve already started this job but have run out of time/enthusiasm to get it done! You will need a ladder to reach above the kitchen cabinets. Not a huge job, would take a couple of hours for a pro (unfortunately, I am not a pro..)

I need a small area of a window frame and ceiling sanded and repainted. It is a highest bathroom window that requires a tall ladder to get to (almost double height ceiling). You would need to provide your own ladder.
