Front door that needs re staining. We will provide stain. I have done a test patch on door to see the colour. The photo is uploaded. Door will need 2 coats. The stain can advises 6hrs between each coat.

Entrance - minor scuff marks to walls. Loungeroom - scuff marks to walls. Kitchen - Rangehood is greasy. Bedroom 1&2- Scuff marks to walls and within built in robes. Bedroom 3- scuff marks to walls. Other room - minor scuff marks to walls. Laundry - minor scuff marks to walls. Garage - minor stains to floors and debris to floors. General - small number of weeds in front garden bed.

I have timber look ceramic tiles indoor with wood grain texture which makes it very prone to get dirty easily and then the cleaning becomes difficult. I need someone to professionally clean about 80sqm of these tiles and then apply a matt finish protection sealant so the tiles are protected from getting dirty and easier to clean.
