Purchase a house with issues undisclosed - leaky roof bathrooms pool etc. Didn't have the budget to replace the whole roof so recently had new screws, whirlybirds, and iron valleys done. Saved up for few month for the final touch: a good clean, prime, and a fresh two coats of paint with Dulux, to bring it back to life. What's Needed - A deep clean of our tin roof, followed by a prime and two layers of Dulux paint to make it shine. This home means the world to us. We're hoping to not just protect it from the elements but to also make it a sight we're proud to look up to every day. Quality is a must, but we're a bit tight on budget. We believe in fair pay for amazing work but hope to find someone who can offer a friendly rate.
