Needing sanding done on the skirting boards of a townhouse. I will paint it myself.

Moving out of rental and need some small patch up jobs and paint touch ups done. Have paint but will need the job done.

Lowset brick home - not occupied - plasterboard wall inside walls cellings and door etc (all painted surfaces) to be repainted same colour and finish (flat on ceiling and lowsheen on walls) Oil based semigloss on doors, jambs, reveals and architraves etc). Exterior is soffit and gables and downpipes(not gutters or fascias). Carpet remains in three bedrooms so MUST be looked after) but to be replaced on lounge. Job is ready to go.

We had some cornices that have been removed and would like to get them cleaned up into a square set. In a bit of a pickle and could really use your expertise. Purchase a house with issues undisclosed - leaky roof bathrooms pool etc. Didn't have the budget to replace the whole roof so recently had new screws, whirlybirds, and iron valleys done. Saved up for few month for the final touch: a good clean, prime, and a fresh two coats of paint with Dulux, to bring it back to life. What's Needed - A deep clean of our tin roof, followed by a prime and two layers of Dulux paint to make it shine. This home means the world to us. We're hoping to not just protect it from the elements but to also make it a sight we're proud to look up to every day. Quality is a must, but we're a bit tight on budget. We believe in fair pay for amazing work but hope to find someone who can offer a friendly rate.
