Would like to repaint a driveway that has been previously painted (6 years ago). The task would be to high pressure clean the existing driveway, fill a few minor cracks with appropriate material and then do primer, paint (2 coats) and sealer. Area is approx 50sqm and the driveway is in good condition.

Need a builder to give ideas and quote for works to rectify mould on downstairs floor, along bathroom walls, under stairs and along wall of the house. Have been told potential causes of mould are poor plumbing, sandstone next to house and poor ventilation. Looking for builders with experience rectifying mould problems.
