Some sticky tape was attached to our kitchen roof which caused marks. A painter tried to paint out the marks, however, the colour match left visible patches. I now wish to have the whole roof painted. The room is approximately 9m x 5m. The roof paint is in good condition and needs very little prep. There are 11 down lights and 2 A/C vents to paint around. All walls on the floor plan need to be washed down and repainted - 2 coats Dulux Natural White. I don't think there is any plaster work that needs to be completed prior. Minor paint chips and wear and tear over 10 years. Walls only - no ceilings, no windows, doors or skirting boards.
