Hi there, I move into my apartment on the 10th of January and am looking for the ceiling of in my small 1bdr apartment in st Leonard’s to be painted before I move in. The areas required are the hallway, living room/kitchen and the bedroom ceiling only - I’ve provided pictures for reference. I have already picked the colour and will be supplying the paint myself. Some of the pre-existing paint will need to be sanded back and some prep work done before painting. The property will be vacant with no furniture for the job as long as it’s finished before the 10th. I am moving out of a rental and had a spill of liquid nails on the paint which I need painted over. The liquid nails is flat and has been sanded back.
