Hey everyone We are looking for an experienced/qualified painter to come and paint our window sils at Stanhope Gardens. We want them painted black instead of the primrose that is there currently. I have attached some photos as an example but by my count there are 11 sets of windows. We would like them painted inside and outside. We would like the job done asap please. Need painting of house (inside) walls, doors , ceilings. Ground + First floor. House plan attached. To be painted with White colour. House will be empty as residents would be moving out on 10/Jan - painting the skirting at the bottom - it would need putty at places as it has been chipped off at many places due to vacumming. Recently got a light fixture installed , previous fixture marks need to be re painted

There is some minor mould and peeling paint above the shower cubicle. I would like this to be scraped/removed and then the ceiling painted with mould resistant ceiling paint. Ceiling in toilet is 12 square metres apprx. See picture below.

The task involves the following: - Painting all walls and ceiling, covering various rooms including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry - Windows casing - Entrance door (external) - Garden retaining wall stone - Parking walls and floor - Walk-in robe and all closets. - A dining table to be painted.  Every surface that has the old paint needs to be refreshed with the new color.  Existing curtains in the master bedroom and formal lounge to be removed before paint. Paint details: Current color: Walls (Light Cream)/Ceiling (white) New color: White New color (parking floor): Graphic charcoal or Gray Paint Brand: Haymes/Dulux (Stain & Mould blocker required) The house plan and photos of the current walls are available to assist in providing an accurate quote. Requirements: Proven experience in residential painting, attention to detail, ensuring a neat and high-quality finish. Clean up post-job to leave the space tidy. Tasker to bring the required paint and we will pay separately for it, based on the number of buckets you use. Invoice for paint will be paid independently in addition to the task. need large family room /kitchen ceiling x1 coat. there was a leak - repaired under insurance x2 yrs ago but there is a stain - given the room is same ceiling as kitchen , may need to do all. Need ensuited x1 coat. has had x1 coat done - but then able to finish. also need double garage ceiling also done. moving house so need done asap.

We would like to paint the timber fence around our pool white. There are hedges approximately 3m along one edge but fence is accessible behind. The screen needs to be removed as well (3 screws each panel x 4) most are already half off. Approx 13m of fence to be completed - Due date: Flexible
